Shruti is an APA-Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a broad range of therapies at her fingertips, including Manual Therapy, Sports Taping, Clinical Pilates, Dry Needling, and Exercise prescription. She adopts a holistic and a collaborative approach to empower her clients to take charge of their situation and help them move out of pain, into a better quality of life.
Shruti graduated as a physiotherapist in India before moving to Australia. Thereafter, she completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. Since then, Shruti has experience with a broad range of clientele extending from private practice to sporting populations and working in the community with clients from varied backgrounds and age groups.
Along with a passion for sports-specific and post- operative rehab, her areas of clinical interest also include working with clients experiencing vestibular dysfunction (vertigo), headaches, jaw dysfunctions, knee and shoulder disorders.
Shruti can speak 3 languages, English, Hindi & Punjabi. Outside of work, she enjoys painting on canvas, Pilates, occasional hikes, watching Sci-Fi movies and listening to Bollywood tunes.
