What I love about osteopathy is its ability to combine the evidence-based science of anatomy and physiology while also integrating an intuitive, sustainable, and holistic approach for managing patients through body, mind, and spirit.
Upon graduating, I have gained a wealth of experience working in the regional NSW city of Wagga Wagga, which gave me the opportunity to treat a wide demographic of patients and many varied muscularskeletal conditions.
I have a keen interest in treating and management of low back pain, neck pain, headaches, postural and desk-related strains, sports injuries and recently completing some further studies in the treatment of newborns/ infants and paediatrics.
When treating I utilize a range of different osteopathic techniques including deep soft tissue massage, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint articulations, HVLA (joint manipulation), in conjunction with therapies such as dry needling and myofascial cupping.
I love forming connections with patients and value treating everyone equally within their comfort levels.
In my spare time to unwind, I enjoy living an active lifestyle involving running, strength training, hiking and watching the bombers play.
I appreciate spending time immersed in nature or getting lost in a great book. Another strong interest is in eastern spirituality and strengthening my meditation practice.
